  • It usually takes 5 – 7 days from the receipt of payment before the deliverable (single units only) reaches the customer. Multiple units might need 7 – 10 days before it can be delivered. Please keep in touch with us for more information about your orders and transactions.
  • Your shipping address must be a residential or business address for we do not ship to P.O. Box.
  • All orders returned as refused or undeliverable will be charged a minimum fee of $35.
  • Any order that requires shipping address change must pay the fee of $15 – $20 if possible to do so. This includes all of the information on the shipping label.
  • If you wish to purchase a quick delivery service, you may do so. However, keep in mind that it will not be an overnight delivery speed and additional charges may apply. These additional charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Purchasing quick delivery service must be made at the time of sale. However, we do not accept all locations, so you must inquire first. Once the items are in the possession of the carrier, the shipping process cannot be terminated or altered.
  • Alliance Bundle and/or its affiliates ensure that all goods are in perfect condition before the time of delivery. Alliance Bundle and/or its affiliates will never be held responsible for the carrier’s performance (i.e. FedEx, USPS, etc.) nor accept any responsibility for damages caused to the items after it leaves our company’s warehouse location. Should any damage occurs while on the route to the customer, we will aid in handling the damage with the shipper. However, the customer will be responsible for filing a damage claim with the carrier.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect for any hidden/concealed damage. All damaged items must be documented with the freight driver before he leaves your location. All damages must be reported immediately and insurance will be used on all equipment shipped.
  • All shipping and applicable restocking fees related to all refused shipments will be the responsibility of the original party who placed the order.
